The Rainbow Mountain is one of the most impressive natural peruvian attractions and one of the best trekking excursions that can be done in Cusco.
The Rainbow´s Mountain name is Vinicunca, but it is a fashion destination that has different names such as Mountain of colors, Mountain of seven colors, rainbow mountain in its English version.
For this adventure experience, very early in Cusco, Peru we leave towards Cusipata, where we recharged ourselves with a delicious breakfast. For this adventure to the mountain, you should be prepared to take pills for height and carry coca leaves for the road.

Red Valley
Once we have enjoyed the Rainbow mountain, the way back is the same as that one we climbed , but if we decided to do the tour and enjoy the fantastic Red Valley, it is 100% recommended because is an interesting place and manages to surprise to most of the travelers and compare it with having the feeling of walking on Mars, the red planet. But it is always necessary to keep pace to not get too tired. in the way down we need a nutritious lunch that will be ready for us before returning to Cusco!
