TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you very much for choosing ENIGMAS ANDES PERU EIRLANDES PERU“, for your next visit to the Andes of Peru. Please, read carefully our terms and conditions, and find out about your rights and obligations. This is a contract with Andes Peru, at booking any services you accept our terms and operational conditions.

Reservation Policies

All reservations must be made in advance. We recommend at least 30 days before the date of your arrival. This allows us to perform and arrange better, all the necessary reservations for your trip: hotel, transportation and all other services to complete your experience. We accept bookings made through our web site or a written document.

  • We only accept the reservation, only if you have sent the detailed information of each person (names, surnames, date of birth, passport number, nationality, scanned passports of all visitors) plus the 50% payment in advance of the total for the confirmation of the service. Any reservation request for travelling programs or tours that are confirmed, are insured and guaranteed all the services requested.
  • The confirmation of the requested reservation will be informed to you in the next 48 hours by an email, indicating the booking code of each requested traveling program. If for any reason the passengers do not receive the confirmation email within the time limit, they should contact us.
  • The confirmation of services will proceed after having received your booking request online or have received a security deposit.
  • The balance or remnants of tourist services fee must be paid in cash upon arrival to Cusco and/or before the start of the tour.
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to mention details of arrival and departure in advance.
  • In case the passenger requires pick up from somewhere specific, different from the one published in the program – route or itinerary, must coordinate it ahead of time.
  • The package services / tour not use, by the own willing or decision of the passenger, will not be refundable once the package / tour is underway.

RATES: All the rates are either in US dollars (US $) or Peruvian soles (S/.) and they are subject to necessary adjustments without notice. The rates are final and per person.

General Terms and Conditions of the Contract of Tourist Service

DOCUMENTATION:

In order to travel abroad, it is necessary to address the legislation in each case. It is responsibility of the Agency to inform properly and early enough about the requirements that require migration, customs and health authorities of the destinations that includes the tour. Being the exclusive responsibility of the passengers have a valid passport or travel document according to their nationality and according to the legal standards required by the Peru.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES:

ENIGMAS ANDES PERU EIRL, reserves the right to cancel any trip before the execution is guaranteed, but will not cancel the trip in less than 30 days prior to departure. Your trip is guaranteed to operate unless the minimum number indicates otherwise or by factors beyond our control or scope: Weather conditions, social problems, etc.

The company ENIGMAS ANDES PERU EIRL, reserves the right to modify any of the facilities, services, itineraries or prices described. If this change is made, the client will be informed at the time of making the reservation or when the change occurs. Although the company will endeavor to operate all tours offered since the announced, reasonable changes in the itinerary can be made when deemed necessary or convenient by the Company due to external factors that are not the responsibility of the company.

 

REFUNDS AND CLAIMS:

No amount will be refunded for services not used voluntarily by the customer.

If the customer has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements, it is a condition of the contract that he / she tells our local representative at that time. If you do not complain at that time, if you later deny us the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem, we do not accept or take any responsibility.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all visitors (customers) who book their visit to our tour packages. We recommend that you cover personal injuries, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, evacuation expenses, cancellation and others. If you decide not to buy a travel insurance, you will be required to sign a waiver form so that the company will not be responsible for any expense you require in the absence of your travel insurance; But he / she refused and if he incurred expenses such as medical expenses, repatriation among others, the client will be responsible for all additional costs.

 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:

The client undertakes to accept the authority and decisions of SULAN PERU EIRL, while he / she is on vacation. If in view of these people, the health or behavior of a client at any time, before or after departure appears to endanger the progress of safety, comfort or tranquility of the tour, the client may be excluded from the entire or partial tour to safeguard its integrity.

NOTE: Clients must always be in possession of their identity documents with which they made the reservation, and are responsible for the carrying of a valid visa passport, if applicable, and the vaccination certificates required for the entire trip. Your passport must be valid for 6 months after the return date.

 

OUR RESPONSIBILITY:

Reservations are accepted on the understanding that they notice the possible inherent risks in adventure trips and visits, excursions or expeditions, which appear in our programs at their own will.

The company requests to provide its services with the necessary diligence, so that the entire trip goes perfectly, we will make every effort to serve you in the best possible way.

The Company assumes no responsibility for any weather phenomena or natural phenomena, social problems that may occur before or during the trip, or for any eventuality that may make any trip uncomfortable or difficult, or by any delay or obstruction of their journey in any way and does not guarantee the failure by the company, either for the total or partial execution of the provision of services that the company is committed to provide what may have been affected by the factors  mentioned above.

 

DELAY & CANCELATION FLIGHTS:

ENIGMAS ANDES PERU EIRL accepts no responsibility for cancellations or delays in any of your flights, if the cancellation or delay is due to adverse weather conditions, the reprogramming of the airline, the airport of authority and / or the action of the air traffic controllers, mechanical failures or industrial events.

Our company will strive to solve your trip itinerary, and that any problem is solved, and nothing is affected by air delays.

The client must understand and be flexible if a service can not be performed due to air delay.

 

CHILD POLICY:

In all programs, unless otherwise noted, the maximum age of a child is 11 years and 11 months. Over 12 years of age are considered students, from the age 18 and over are considered adults and will be subject to the rates of adult.

 

RESERVATIONS FROM LAST TIME:

For all bookings made within 10 days of departure will be confirmed according to availability.

Hereby I declare that I have read and understood the terms and conditions listed above, as well as the conditions of sale as indicated by the company on the website / brochure or form provided and I am fully aware that my signature confirms this statement.
