1
1st Day: Welcoming upon arrival to Cusco

Professional assistance at the airport, then we head to your hotel.

You will have the afternoon free to rest and get used to the climate and the jet-lag.

2nd Day: Cusco and surroundings

In the morning, we go away from the city center crowd to visit the great Archaeological Inca construction of Sacsayhuaman, impressive Citadel of colossal buildings. Then, we visit the Inca worship center of Qenqo. Later, we go to PucaPucara and Tambomachay Temple of the water.

After exploring the surroundings of Cusco, we have lunch at the Casona del Inca restaurant, with a beautiful panoramic view of Cusco, capital of the Inca empire, designed in a shape of a Puma. After lunch, we do a walking tour around the streets, plazas, Inca constructions and colonial houses, located in the city center.

First, we go to visit the typical and colorful San Pedro market full of local products, where we literally soak up in a mix of different and magical tastes. Then, we visit the magnificent Temple of Qoricancha. Quechua word that in English means "The Golden Temple" once completely covered with gold.

Continuing our tour, we walk to San Blas neighborhood colonial district of artisans. From there, we walk down Hatun Rumiyoc Street, finding as we pass the Palace of The Inca Roca, today the Archbishop's Palace. Here, we also contemplate one the gems of the Inca architecture, the famous twelve Angles stone. Finally, we arrive to the charming Huaqaypata (Cusco´s Main Square) surrounded by the astonished Cathedral, which houses colonial works of incalculable value.

3rd Day: Humantay lake

Our adventure starts in Cusco very early in the morning. We take a bus towards the Mollepata village to get a typical and energetic breakfast. After breakfast, we continue our journey to Soraypampa. We begin our trek divided into two sections; the first 30 minutes are flat, and the next part is steep for about one hour, until Humantay Lake.

Once there, you have an explanation about the origin of this beautiful lake. You will have enough time to explore and enjoy its natural beauty. After spending time at the lagoon, we descend to our start point, where our bus is waiting for us to take us to Mollepata.

We have a delicious lunch at Mollepata village, later we drive towards Cusco.

4th Day: Moray terraces & Maras salt mines

We start day forth, picking you up from your hotel, then we drive to Chinchero village. There, we visit one of its famous Textile Centers, in order to appreciate its majestic textiles, waving techniques and textile productions. Then, we head towards Chinchero viewpoint to contemplate Chinchero Archaeological park constructed by Tupac Yupanqui Inca.

Later, we drive to Moray terraces or Inca Agricultural Experimental Center. We go to the picturesque and colorful village of Maras. There, we visit Mara´s salt mines located in the middle of the Sacred Valley. Also, Mara´s salt mines have mysterious and multiple health benefits.

We have lunch in Urubamba village, then we drive to Ollantaytambo. This ancient Inca town still has Inca characteristic like Pavestone, winding streets, terraces and its colossal military Inca construction. At the same time, we have a spectacular view of the beautiful Sacred Valley.

Finally, we go to Ollantaytambo train station to continue our journey to Aguas Calientes.

5th Day: Machu Picchu Secrets

After breakfast, we take a bus towards Machu Picchu entrance. Machu Picchu is considered as the new spiritual center of the world

We have a tour in one of the most enigmatic and mysterious construction in the world. Discover the secret of this ancient wonder of the world with our professional guide. After the tour, you have time to enjoy, explore, relax, recharge positive vibes and of course take incredible pictures. The Machu Picchu experience will simply stay in your mind, heart and soul.

In the afternoon, we take a bus down to Aguas Calientes to get lunch and take the train back to Ollantaytambo. We pick you up at your arrival at the train station to take you to your hotel.

6th Day: Sacred Valley of the Incas

The tour starts in the ancient Inca living town of Ollantaytambo. First, we pick you up from your hotel.

After enjoying Machu Picchu the day before and staying over in the unique Inca llacta inhabited in these days. We head towards Pisac village. The journey goes along the Sacred Valley of the Incas passing by the unique landscape, on the edge of the river Willcamayu "Sacred river of the Incas".

Once we arrive in Pisac, we visit the peculiar craft market, full of different handicrafts, paintings, jewelry and other articles made by the local craftsmen of Pisac. Then, we visit the Archaeological Park of Pisac or The Intihuatana in Quechua.

Later, we will visit the Archaeological parks around Cusco city like Tambomachay archaeological site, Puca-Pucara, (Inca construction used as a "Tambo" or place of rest and accommodation of the Inca), Kenko (an archaeological site used as an altar to worship the Sun, the Moon and the stars.) Finally, before arriving in Cusco, we will visit Sacsayhuaman located just 40 minutes from the city center of Cusco. Sacsayhuaman is a colossal Inca construction that stands out for its enormous carved stone, walls and a great wide view of the Capital of the Inca Empire.

7th Day: Vinicunca Trek or The Rainbow mountain

In order to start this new adventure, we head towards Cusipata village. There, we will have a delicious breakfast to recharge and store energy required for the ascent to the sacred mountain of Vinicunca.

After breakfast, we start our journey for about 40 minutes towards the starting point of the hike or Trek. Here, you have the option to rent horses, if it's the most suitable for you.

Prior a brief information with your tour guide, we start climbing up to the top of the sacred mountain. The trek last one hour approximately. The tour guide will be with you along the whole hike. During the first part, it is uphill, then flat terrain. When we approach the peak, it is moderately steep. As we climb, the air is increasingly icy, but clean and pure.

Along the way we will observe a wide range of llamas and alpacas. Once we reach the top of the mountain, you can enjoy this natural wonder and beautiful mountain of seven colors or Rainbow mountain. In the other hand, you can contemplate the snowy Sacred Mountain of Ausangate.

This astounding scenery, it is auspicious to thank The Mother Earth for life and beauty. Also, the guide will explain in detail to you about the terrain, ecosystem and why the color of the mountain.

After enjoying and taking many pictures, the icy wind of the Andes will force us to go down. Although, we descend through the Red Valley. The Red Valley is unique since the majority of travelers compare and have the sensation of walking by the red planet Mars. We walk down for about one hour until Pullawasipata, where our transportation will be waiting for us to take us to enjoy a well-deserved and delicious lunch, then we take the bus to return to Cusco.

8th Day: Cusco – Departure to Lima

After breakfast at your hotel, you will have free time depending on your fly back to Lima. We will transfer you to the airport according to your flight.
